1) Send us your order after you have looked at the parts here, and maybe asked some questions if there's anything you'd like to know more about. Due to the value of these parts, we have to ask for prepayment including shipping costs, but it is easy to transfer payment directly to our bank account (see Hecker101 order page).

2) We send you confirmation and a receipt, and ship out your cylinders. If the model you need isn't in stock here in Denmark, Greg ships to you directly from Australia by air mail. This usually takes about a week. The cost is the same in both cases.

3) As the cylinders are made outside Europe, there is import duty and sales tax (VAT, MwSt, Moms) to be paid. You just pay this to the postman when he brings your package.
